The Barn on the Hill is an old dairy barn with the collection of original sliding doors that allow natural light to pour in. The Barn on the Hill radiates simple elegance. The thousands of white lights strung from the beams give our welcoming space a warm comfortable feel for up to 250 guests. The barn on the hill is set on 7.5 acres – plenty of space to make it your own for the event you envision, whether it be a birthday, graduation, anniversary, shower, reunion, corporate retreat, rehearsal, or wedding. We are a rural private venue located 20 miles southwest of Rockford, Illinois. We are located midway between Leaf River, IL and Byron, IL on Route 72.
