Created in 1862 a replica of the Liberty Bell is located in a tower in the Mount Morris town square, adjacent to the band shell where the Mount Morris Kable Band performs summer concerts. Ronald Reagan dedicated a smaller Freedom Bell in 1963. This bell is located at the Memorial Fountain on the town square.
