We are located right along the Green River in Lee County, Illinois. Many of our campers enjoy tubing, kayaking and rafting down the river. Our own Lake St. George has been stocked with catfish, bass and blue gill for catch and release fishing. A fishing license is not required for fishing on our private lake; however, if over the age of 16, you will be required to obtain a fishing license to fish on the Green River.
We offer RV campsites, primitive & water/electric tent sites, rental units and seasonal campsite.
At Green River Oaks Resort, we pride ourselves on being an affordable family-friendly destination. Almost all of our activities and amenities are included with the cost of your stay. Each of our weekends is assigned a theme, and our activities for that weekend bring the theme to life. We have a dedicated Activities Director who works to ensure that every child enjoys his or her time with us.
